Nathalie Chapuis is a Geneva-based designer who has made pattern her trademark. Trained in drawing and painting from a young age, she has always maintained a close connection with color and materials. Through her travels, research, and encounters, she has forged a vibrant style and an artistic signature characterized by bright colors and eclectic, rhythmic forms, fueled by curiosity, music, and contemporary art.

Identity as a starting point

Far from imposing a rigid aesthetic, her approach is guided above all by listening, identity, and customization. Nathalie immerses herself in her clients’ worlds to translate their uniqueness through visual concepts, exclusive designs, patterns, or murals. Since 2019, her Geneva studio has served as a laboratory of textures and materials where bold creations are conceived to enrich spaces, objects, and imagery.

From concept to medium

Having made fabric her primary medium upon her arrival in Switzerland in 2016, she now applies her designs to a wide range of materials thanks to a strong network of partner manufacturers in Switzerland and across Europe. Her bespoke creations thus find their place in diverse and demanding fields: interior architecture, hospitality, the restaurant industry, healthcare facilities, public spaces, high-end brands, and even furniture, with the constant goal of creating unique artistic and technical combinations.

A comprehensive and structured vision

Starting with brand identity, she steers the artistic direction of the projects she oversees. Her initial multidisciplinary background—political science, management, and business development—gives her a valuable dual perspective. She designs and structures projects addressing diverse challenges with a comprehensive, rigorous, and strategic vision, always guided by creativity as the central theme.
