FOCUS on “Toile de Tours”
This exceptional jacquard of unique texture has been woven since the 19th century in France by Le Manach, a factory at the forefront of the decorative arts in the 1920s. For ASHE (Atelier Suisse Home Edition) we were able to offer a version of the Baloon Explosion pattern using this know-how, now under the aegis of the Pierre Frey Group. The Toile de Tours is used in luxury hotels as a sophisticated and timeless decorative element.
