Proposition submitted for the Swiss Embassy’s Art Competition in Belgrade – The project, titled ECHOES—a reference to the mountains that serve as its theme—is a custom-designed artistic proposal celebrating Swiss-Serbian cooperation. Conceived as modular wallpaper, this pattern offers a poetic reinterpretation of the PEAK design by creating a resonance between two iconic peaks: the Matterhorn and Midžor. Beyond the landscape, the work incorporates subtle symbols of unity and diplomacy—two alliances, the vibrant red, and the cross shared by both flags. Playing with variations in scale and color depending on the walls, this visual concept was also designed to be adapted for stationery, textiles, and ceremonial items. Although it did not win the competition, the project was exhibited at the Embassy during an official reception for Swiss National Day.
